📢 Position: Senior AP Accountant
📍 Location: Nasr City ,Cairo, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle.
* Review and process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
* Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
* Reconcile vendor accounts and supplier statements.
* Prepare and execute payment runs.
* Monitor AP aging reports and resolve outstanding issues.
* Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
* Ensure compliance with VAT, WHT, and company policies.
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Assist with internal and external audits.
* Maintain vendor master data and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
* 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or Vendor Management.
* Strong experience with Purchase Orders (POs) and supplier transactions.
* Experience in vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
* Good knowledge of VAT and Withholding Tax.
* ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Fluent command of English.
