The ideal candidate would possess 15 years of experience and he
Reports to the Project Manager, Supervises the field construction of a project, including technical solution, its organization, planning, and scheduling, in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and to quality specified. Responsible to protect and promote the interest of Company in all matters.

Essential requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree Civil,
2. Must have at least 13+ years of experience in a company with strong international experience on Buildings projects. (3 Years as CM)
3. Familiar with various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.
4 Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs.
5. English oral & written communication skills are required.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Commercial Director or Director in Charge of the Project, as necessary, your key responsibilities may vary depending on the nature and stage of the project being worked on, but can include: -
