Office Manager
Plays a leadership role in planning and implementing activities in the Office of the Dean, to ensure that the office’s mandate and strategic objectives are fully met. Advises the dean of Advancement on daily office operations to meet the highest quality standards. Supervises office support staff to ensure that operations are coordinated and standardized. Assists with information research and analysis for faculty reports

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in administration or a related field, along with three years’ management experience, leading to knowledge of both management theory and practice

Experience and Additional Competencies:

Minimum 3 years of related experience

Job Description

VISCOM Faculty

Job Requirements:

Doctorate degree in Graphic Design Or Motion Graphics
Evidence of scholarly record and published research
Minimum of (2) years successful teaching at the collegiate level
Organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks concurrently
Excellent command of the English Language (spoken and written)
Commitment to excellence in teaching, research and professional service.
Basic Salary :

Assistant Professor = starts with SR 16,800

Associate Professor = starts with SR 20,800

Full Professor = starts with SR 27,200

We do provide the following benefits for our international hired faculty additional to the basic salary:

Housing: Furnished villa in a compound
Medical insurance for the faculty and her dependents in KSA
Annual leave : 60 days paid leave.
School Allowance : SR 30,000/ year for each child for the ages (5-18) who will study in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, maximum two children.
Tickets: for the faculty, husband/wife & children up to the age of 18 years old) who are under the University’s sponsorship. Two-way tickets to home country for annual leave from hiring point to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
End of Service gratuity.
Visa Expenses when receiving it from their home country
Professional development budget: SR 10,000 /year for attending a training, workshops and conferences in-house or outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
