Proud to share that the consortium of AREIC, Al Bawani Capital and TCC (TamimCo) has been named Preferred Bidder for the Ministry of Defense’s Riyadh Administrative Office Project.

Delivered under a 27.5-year Design, Build, Finance and Maintain (DBFM) framework, this project marks an important milestone in TCC’s growing PPP portfolio.

As part of Tamimi Group, TCC’s participation spans three key roles:

▪️ SPV Investment Partner — contributing to project investment, governance and long-term value creation.
▪️ O&M Partner — supporting operational readiness, asset performance and lifecycle maintenance.

Our involvement reflects our commitment to being an active partner throughout the project lifecycle—from investment and construction to long-term asset management.

We thank our consortium partners and teams for their dedication and look forward to progressing the next stages together, supporting Saudi Vision 2030.

Proud to see TamimCo (TCC) named as a member of the Metito Utilities–Etihad Water and Electricity–TamimCo consortium bidding for the Riyadh East Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP).

For TCC, this bid reflects our growing role as a Saudi partner and investor in water infrastructure projects. We bring local market knowledge, long-term commitment, and the strength of Tamimi Group to a partnership focused on meeting the Kingdom’s future water needs.

Riyadh East ISTP is planned with an initial treatment capacity of 200,000 m³ per day, expandable to 400,000 m³ per day. I am proud of our team’s contribution to reaching this important bid milestone, and grateful to our consortium partners for their collaboration.
