مطلوب عدد (2) مدير تشغيل كافيهات – المملكة العربية السعودية
تعلن شركة رائدة في قطاع المقاهي عن حاجتها إلى تعيين عدد (2) مدير تشغيل للعمل بالمملكة العربية السعودية، على أن يكون المتقدم صاحب خبرة قوية في تشغيل وإدارة المقاهي التقليدية ومقاهي الدريف ثرو (خدمة السيارات).
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف الكامل على تشغيل الفروع ومتابعة الأداء التشغيلي اليومي.
- إدارة ومتابعة فرق العمل وضمان تحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة والخدمة.
- مراجعة وتحليل قائمة الأرباح والخسائر (P&L) والعمل على خفض التكاليف وزيادة الربحية.
- متابعة المبيعات ووضع الخطط اللازمة لرفع الأداء البيعي.
- مراجعة طلبات الفروع وضبط المخزون وتقليل نسب الهدر.
- ضمان تطبيق معايير التشغيل والجودة في جميع الفروع.
- إعداد ومتابعة التقارير التشغيلية الدورية.
الشروط:
- العمر لا يزيد عن 40 عاماً.
- مؤهل جامعي (يفضل تخصص السياحة والفنادق).
- خبرة مثبتة في تشغيل وإدارة كافيهات القهوة المختصة (Specialty Coffee).
- معرفة شاملة بمنتجات القهوة المختصة وأساليب تحضيرها وتشغيلها.
- خبرة قوية في تحليل ومراجعة الـ P&L وإدارة التكاليف.
- خبرة في إدارة المخزون وتقليل الهدر.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة بمستوى ممتاز.
- حاصل على رخصة قيادة سارية ويجيد القيادة.
- يفضل من سبق له العمل بالمملكة العربية السعودية (وليس شرطاً).

Hiring: 2 Operations Managers – Coffee Shops & Drive-Thru Cafés (Saudi Arabia)
A leading company in the café industry is seeking to hire two experienced Operations Managers to oversee and manage both traditional coffee shops and drive-thru café operations across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business performance across all branches.
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Review and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Drive sales growth and achieve operational targets.
- Monitor branch orders, inventory levels, and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with company operating procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare and review operational performance reports.
Requirements:
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Bachelor's degree required (Tourism & Hospitality preferred).
- Proven experience in managing and operating Specialty Coffee cafés.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee products and café operations.
- Excellent understanding of P&L analysis, cost control, and profitability management.
- Experience in inventory management and waste reduction.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license and confident driving skills.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred but not mandatory.
