We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who ensures high performance and responsiveness to the company's customers' requests.
Our client is a global enterprise with headquarters in the USA and Europe. It is an industry leader in designing and manufacturing precision pharma equipment, laboratory products, and accessories for medical devices.
This important Pharma Manufacturing company is looking for a customer support and communication specialist to join Timisoara's team!
In this role, you will:
Provide first-line support to customers with the technical description and correct use of product features and functionalities
Research, investigate customers` requests received, primarily via e-mail and telephone
Prioritize customers` inquiries and offer responses in a timely and accurate way
Collaborate with internal and external departments of the company, if needed
Handle customers` complaint process effectively in case of quality, technical, performance issues
Review the solutions and notify the customers accordingly
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical problems are resolved
Skills and experience required:
Technical university degree
Previous customer support experience in a technical/production field is mandatory
Customer-oriented, excellent communicator, willing to instruct skills
Time-management and organizational skills
Good computer skills are necessary (Windows, Office, etc.)
Fluency in English (both writing and speaking), German or other language is a plus
