📅 Starting a project in January or February? The crew you need is being booked now.

Every autumn we see the same pattern: shipyards, fabrication yards and contractors confirm their Q1 projects in November and December. By the time the order is signed, many of the experienced welders and pipefitters are already committed to other sites.

The easy fix: start the manpower conversation before the contract is final.

What we do with the time you give us:

🔹 You send the trades, headcount and target start date. We give you a realistic answer on what we can cover, and when.
🔹 You receive anonymized CVs of people who are actually available for your dates, with certificates and references already checked. You interview the ones you want.
🔹 We arrange contracts, travel, accommodation and local transport. Employment and payroll run through our own entities in Denmark, Norway or Ireland, or via A1 secondment.

We are looking for 2–6 experienced construction workers for long-term work at several project sites in the Hengelo area, Netherlands.

📍 Location: Hengelo area, Netherlands (various project sites)

📄 Contract: Dutch employment contract, long-term. Projects are ongoing, so you can move on to the next project.
🔍 Trial period: the first 2 weeks are a trial period with the client. After a successful trial, you continue on the ongoing projects.

We are hiring 1 Pre-Commissioning Supervisor and 2 Pre-Commissioning Operators for a major offshore gas project in the Black Sea.

🔹 Project description
Join an international team performing subsea pipeline pre-commissioning on board: flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying and nitrogen purging, ahead of first gas on one of the largest energy projects in the region.

🔹 Main activities
Pre-Commissioning Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate all pre-commissioning activities on shift
- Ensure safe set-up and operation of pumps, compressors, air dryers and filtration units
- Monitor pressure, flow, temperature and chemical injection
- Run toolbox talks and enforce the Permit-to-Work system
- Prepare daily reports and test documentation

Pre-Commissioning Operator
- Set up and operate pumps, compressors, dryers, filtration units and pig launchers/receivers
- Carry out flooding, pigging, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering and drying
- Prepare and execute pressure tests
- Assemble test manifolds, hoses, gauges and relief valves
- Record operational parameters and report to the Supervisor

🔹 Requirements
✅ Proven experience in pipeline pre-commissioning, hydrotesting or pipeline operations in Oil & Gas
✅ Supervisor: offshore pre-commissioning experience, including a supervisory role
✅ Valid Seaman's Book
✅ Valid BOSIET and CA-EBS (OPITO)
✅ Valid OEUK medical certificate
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Available for a continuous embarkation of approx. 35 days
