Un corp de navă făcut la Tulcea ajunge pe „cea mai capabilă navă de cercetare din lume”

Pe 3 iunie 2026, Vard (grupul Fincantieri) a semnat cu organizația de cercetare Inkfish un contract de aproape 700 de milioane de euro pentru o navă de cercetare de mare adâncime — cel mai mare contract din istoria Vard pentru o singură navă și cel mai mare de acest fel pentru orice șantier norvegian.
Nava „RV11000” (162 m) e proiectată să lucreze până la 11.000 de metri adâncime și va avea cea mai mare instalație de baterii montată vreodată pe o navă. Detaliul de acasă: corpul navei se construiește la Vard Tulcea, înainte de a pleca în Norvegia pentru finisaj. Livrare: începutul lui 2030.
