📍 Location: Bucharest (hybrid)

💡 In this role, you will manage and optimize time management and payroll processes within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, while collaborating with international teams and supporting HR operations across multiple countries.

✅ Background in global time and payroll processes
✅ Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
✅ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
✅ Knowledge of labor law and collective agreements (nice to have)
✅ Advanced English
✅ Advanced Swedish (required)
🎯 Key responsibilities:
🔹 Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP HCM Time & Payroll
🔹 Support and optimize time management and payroll processes
🔹 Collaborate with HR, Payroll teams, and external vendors
🔹 Gather business requirements and coordinate their implementation
🔹 Provide second-line support for complex time-related queries
🔹 Monitor data quality and ensure accurate time reporting
🔹 Execute time evaluation processes and resolve errors
🔹 Contribute to continuous process improvements
🔹 Create documentation, guides, and internal procedures
🔹 Deliver training sessions for HR and support teams
🔹 Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
