Inspiring the Next Generation at Transylvania International School, Brașov
Last week, I had the pleasure of spending time with the incredible students of Transylvania International School Brașov, sharing thoughts about career opportunities, life choices, and the exciting world of hospitality and recruitment.
At this age, curiosity and ambition are limitless — and it was truly inspiring to see how engaged and open-minded the young generation is. We talked about perseverance, attitude, global experiences, and how every step — no matter how small — can lead to extraordinary journeys.
As someone who started in hospitality and became the first Romanian General Manager of a hotel in Thailand, I was proud to share that dreams do take shape — when passion meets hard work and a little courage to go beyond what’s familiar.
