Team Leader Production (Cutting Department) – Netherlands
Salary: Starting from 14,99 € brutto/hour Based on experience
Lead a production team in one of the Netherlands’ leading horticultural companies.
NL Jobs is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader for the Production – Cutting Department. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, organizing production, and working in a dynamic greenhouse environment.
What will you do?
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily production process and ensuring that your team works safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
● Leading and motivating the production team
● Supervising daily operations, mainly during evening shifts
● Planning and monitoring production activities
● Supporting production when necessary
● Working with chrysanthemum seedling packing
● Maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards
● Cooperating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Working schedule
● Alternating weekly day and evening shifts
● Early starts from 06:00 during day shifts
● Willingness to work Saturdays and occasionally Sundays

● Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
● Good English communication skills
● Technical insight and basic computer skills
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Team player with a proactive attitude
