CNC Operators / Setters – Norway | €18–25 NET/hour
Romtec Jobs is hiring CNC Operators / Setters (4–5 axis turning machines) for a stable manufacturing company in Norway 🇳🇴
✔️ Permanent contract signed directly with the employer
✔️ Work in a modern factory (oil & gas & maritime industry)
💼 Requirements:
Conversational English
Experience on CNC turning, preferably 4–5 axis Okuma ( OSP ) and Doosan SMX ( Fanuc ) or Doosan Puma ( Fanuc )
Working independently on the machine ( set-up, first product, operating and control )
Experience in machining of flanges and shafts, having operations like radial and axial drilling, boring, threading and tapping, pockets.
Knowledge of technical drawings, tools & machining processes
Ability to understand and edit CNC programs
💰 What we offer:
€18/hour NET (day shift)
€25/hour NET (evening shift)
+20–40% shift bonus
Paid overtime (+50–100%)
Free meal provided during overtime
25–30 paid vacation days/year (+ holiday bonus ~€6,000 NET/ if you have worked a full year)
