Position1 : *BIM MANAGER*
🔹BSc, BEng, BA or Equivalent
🔹Minimum 12 years and above
🔹Minimum 7 years hands-on experience of managing BIM projects
🔹BIM MANAGEMENT certification is a must
🔹Long Term / Secondment
🔹valid QID
🔹Immediate Joiner

JD: The *BIM Manager/Coordinator* shall be responsible for overall BIM management including planning, implementation, production, coordination, approvals, training, and documentation procedures. The BIM Manager shall also undertake the role of Information Manager to carry out BIM procedures wherever required.

Position 2 : *BIM ENGINEER*
🔹Education: BSc graduate
🔹Experience: 10 years overall, 5 years specifically in BIM
🔹Skills: Strong technical BIM knowledge
🔹Consultant and PWA experience
🔹Certification: UPDA B grade
