Responsibilities
* Review electrical drawings, specifications, approved test procedures, and installation readiness for LV panels, distribution boards, generators, UPS, earthing, and lighting systems.
* Prepare commissioning plans, method statements, inspection checklists, and testing schedules in coordination with construction activities.
* Perform or supervise electrical tests, verify equipment operation and approved protection settings, and test interlocks, changeover sequences, and backup power functionality.
* Coordinate testing and consultant witnessing with contractors and specialist vendors, ensuring safe isolation, permit compliance, and closure of identified defects.
* Compile test results and commissioning reports, maintain completion records, and support energisation approvals and final project handover.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Relevant electrical testing and commissioning experience on construction or building services projects.
* Practical knowledge of LV distribution, generators, UPS, earthing, lighting, protection systems, and electrical test instruments.
* Ability to interpret electrical drawings and test results, prepare technical reports, and follow electrical safety procedures.

Responsibilities
* Operate conventional lathe machines to perform turning, facing, boring, drilling and taper machining.
* Carry out valve seat taper machining according to approved drawings and required dimensions.
* Perform internal and external thread cutting to specified thread forms and sizes.
* Set up workpieces, select cutting tools and adjust machine speeds and feeds to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes.
* Inspect completed components, perform routine machine care and maintain safe workshop practices.

Qualifications
* ITI, Diploma or relevant trade qualification in Machining, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years hands-on experience operating and setting up conventional lathe machines.
* Proven ability to perform valve seat taper machining accurately.
* Experience in thread cutting, turning, boring and other precision machining activities.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and verify machining tolerances using micrometers, vernier calipers and gauges.
* Good understanding of cutting tools, machining parameters, workshop safety and routine machine maintenance.

Duration: 1 Month

Responsibilities
* Review approved drawings, specifications, equipment submittals, and installation readiness for HVAC, chilled water, pumping, and ventilation systems.
* Prepare commissioning plans, method statements, test procedures, and inspection checklists in line with project requirements.
* Conduct pre-commissioning checks and functional performance tests, including verification of associated controls and BMS interfaces.
* Coordinate testing, site inspections, and consultant witnessing with contractors, TAB teams, controls specialists, and equipment vendors; track deficiencies through rectification and retesting.
* Prepare commissioning reports, maintain test records, and support final inspections, O&M documentation, and system handover.

Qualification
* Must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in testing and commissioning experience in *construction projects* involving mechanical building services.
* Practical knowledge of HVAC equipment, chilled water systems, pumps, ventilation, and associated controls.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, prepare commissioning documentation and coordinate effectively with site teams and consultants.

Location: Qatar
Duration: 3 Months

* Minimum 3–4 years of Facility Management experience – mandatory.
* Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC, and chillers .
* Experience in compressors, motors, controls, and electrical troubleshooting .
* Knowledge of refrigerant leak detection, charging, handling, and safety procedures .
* Able to perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and routine inspections .
* Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults.
* Immediate joiners preferred.

* Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
* Allocate manpower, materials and equipment to meet project schedules and daily targets.

Qualifications
