Job Overview:
A-State University Qatar, in partnership with the Global Studies Institute (GSI), is seeking a qualified and experienced Digital Sculpting Adjunct Instructor for the upcoming Spring 2026 term. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and artistic vision to guide students in advanced digital sculpting workflows across industry-standard 3D software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in digital sculpting fundamentals and advanced techniques.
- Teach using Autodesk Maya, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, and ZBrush.
Support students in developing professional-level 3D assets and sculptural works.
- Provide constructive feedback, critique sessions, and portfolio guidance.
- Foster an engaging and creative classroom environment.

Qualifications:
- MFA or MA in Art and Design (strongly preferred).

ACT 2033 – INTRO TO FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING (SPRING 2026)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced instructor to teach Intro to Financial Accounting during the Spring 2026 term. The course introduces the accounting cycle, double-entry bookkeeping, financial statements, adjusting/closing entries, and the conceptual framework underpinning GAAP/IFRS. The ideal candidate will connect core concepts to practical decision-making in business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver course content on the accounting cycle, journal entries, ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
- Explain revenue recognition, accruals/deferrals, inventory, depreciation, and internal controls.
- Develop assessments (quizzes, problem sets, exams) aligned with learning outcomes.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and case-based applications.
- Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
- Ensure alignment with academic policies and program outcomes.

Qualifications:
