We receive many questions from our partners about our operation. How do we arrange everything?

First, we sit down with our client to discuss all the details. What requirements are you looking for in your future employee? What do you think is important? What do you offer?
After all our questions and yours have been answered, we will look for the suitable candidate. We work together with several recruiters who are specialized in finding the right profiles. After internally screening the candidates, we proceed to an initial meeting.
This is where our interviewers come in. During the interview, we go over all the important matters that the candidate must meet in order to be considered for the vacancy. We also record our conversations so that we can introduce our candidate to the employer with a personal touch. Why? This way the employer can see what kind of person our candidate is. He can also see the language levels being tested by our interviewers.

After presentation of the candidate and if the employer is interested, we invite both parties for an introduction. Our interviewer will also be available for any questions or communication issues. When the employer is interested in our candidate, we make a final decision.

Now that both parties have an agreement, we can proceed to the start-up of the candidate. We take care of transport, housing and all additional administration. The employer and employee should only concern themselves with their internal cooperation.

We remain a point of contact for both parties after the end of the contract. We will continue to offer our services.

Our client is a family business specialising in all brands.
The body shop is recognised by most insurance companies, but they also carry out small and large repairs for private individuals. They repair vans, cars, motorbikes, trailers, ... In short, everything to do with bodywork and paintwork.

Location: Herenthout (BE)

Tasks
• Preparation/sanding, Filling, cleaning…
• Assembly and disassembly of passenger cars/lorries
• sanding, filling, priming, welding, constructions, wheelbase alignment, chassis alignment
• Take care of vehicle bodywork repairs.
• Repair or replace damaged pieces, sometimes according to an expert report obtained through the insurance company.
• Perform dismantling, assembly, sheet metal, straightening, preparation, painting and finishing activities.
• You measure and check with measuring tools, such as sliding compass, gauge, micrometer, etc.
• Treat the substrate before spraying, such as cleaning, filling and sanding.
