Eco Are Us
Eco Are Us is an industrial company engaged in the manufacture of products to improve the environment. Our main goal is to help improve the environment, facilitating people's lives and make them save time with recycling, for this, we decided to innovate a product that meets our needs.
This product called "Quick Recycling" is a mini cylindrical shape bin with three compartments included for easy transport. In the upper base are built-in sensors that detect the type of deposited waste, so that they can be efficiently separated. The upper base is slightly inclined so that products can be sent to the respective compartments depending on the material to be recycled, while the top of one of them open to the inside. When waste is placed in the "Quick Recycling" the sensors detect the container where it has to be deposited. The three compartments may be separated, having a lid which prevents the waste leaving the same, allowing their transport to recycling center. Besides being a faster way to separate waste at home, its transportation is also very handy for the nearest recycling center. The three compartments (yellow, green and blue) can be removed from the "Quick Recycling" with an appropriate cover for each of them, which can be placed in a family transport to continue recycling easily and efficiently.
Swot analysis in relation to the opportunities are related to increasing environmental concern among the population and the lack of time the adult population by overwork, regarding threats are related to lack of awareness on the part of older people who do not had early contact with the recycling. In internal analysis we detected weaknesses in the lack of means of investment, lack of knowledge in business and the lack of market, on the other hand, we also detected that our product was an innovative product, the ease of implementation and ease of transporting of the compartments to a recycling center.
While perpetrating the surveys we noticed that our product had more outlets in cities and in older people due to the fact that these have not been taught from young to recycle, but also has many outlets for younger people because they were taught to recycle and prefer to adopt a product like ours so that they can save more time, so, in our cities would be a more successful product and our target audience are the elderly.
Elisabete Dâmaso, is President and Director of Human Resources within the group because it is the element that is most comfortable to speak before the public, has autonomy and is responsible, João was chosen as Assistant Director and Director of Marketing/Sales because he is the second element that has more autonomy, responsibility and more comfortable speaking in front of public, Pedro Maciel was chosen as Director of Operations/ICT because he has more skill with computers and Flávia Vieira was chosen as Finance Director because she is the element that has more sense of money.
