💰 Salary
💵 31.40 PLN gross/hour
💸 Approximately 23.50 PLN net/hour
🎁 Monthly performance bonuses: 600–1,200 PLN gross

✅ Communicative English or Polish language
✅ Candidates already in Poland
✅ Production experience is welcome but not required

🔧 Your Responsibilities
✔️ Working on the production line
✔️ Operating simple machines
✔️ Quality control and visual inspection of parts
✔️ Packing and preparing products for shipment
✔️ Following production and safety standards
✔️ Supporting daily production processes
