We’re hiring a Team Leader at GXO!
Do you have experience in warehouse operations and leading a team? Join GXO and take responsibility for daily operations, team performance and continuous improvement!
Your responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop warehouse employees through training and coaching.
Plan staff schedules, organise workloads and assign daily tasks.
Monitor team performance and ensure operational KPIs are met.
Maintain a safe working environment and promote a positive team atmosphere.
Resolve employee-related issues and ensure company procedures are followed.
Communicate with internal and external customers on operational matters.
Maintain process documentation and implement improvements.
What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years of operations experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
Vocational education in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent.
Knowledge of Lean Warehousing.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure.
