✅ Job description:
Welding steel structures using MIG/MAG 136 (flux-cored wire).
Work on standard steel structures and offshore projects.

✅ Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Experience in MIG/MAG 136 welding
•⁠ ⁠Experience with flux-cored wire welding
•⁠ ⁠Ability to weld in forced positions
•⁠ ⁠Root pass welding experience is welcome
•⁠ ⁠Ability to read welding signs

🏭 Place of work: Gdynia
💶 Salary: from PLN 39 net/hour
⏱️ Working hours: 10–12 hours per day, 5 days a week + possible weekend overtime
💰 Advance payments available after the first week of work

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable TIG Welder to join our team in the city of Gdynia.

✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Strong experience in using power tools
• Basic knowledge of technical drawings
• High manual precision and attention to detail

✅ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assembling stainless steel components into complete metal structures
• TIG welding of thin stainless steel elements
• Operating power tools (grinders, drills, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Working based on basic technical drawings

✅ DETAILS
📍 Place of work: Gdynia (next to Gdańsk), Pomeranian voivodeship (Northern Poland)
💵 Hourly rate starts from PLN 42.00 net / hour
⏱ Working hours: 10–12 hours / day, 5 days / week + weekend overtime available
🏠 Accommodation: Provided (utility costs: PLN 450-500 / month)
💰 Advance payments are available after 1 week of work
👥 Dedicated coordinator throughout your employment
📄 Legal help: Assistance with obtaining a temporary residence card (TRC)

Candidates are tested before employment in the city of Gdynia, Pomeranian voivodeship.
Tests take place on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Job inside the workshop.
✅Work description:
• Prepares and assembles tools and materials necessary for installation.
• Assembles steel structures based on technical documentation,
• Cuts metal sheets along the marked path freehand using a gas or plasma torch,
• Grinds and cleans elements before and after installation,
• Performs tack welds.

✅Requirements:
• Ability to work with electric tools,
• Operating measuring tools such as a protractor, a tape measure, and a spirit level,
• Gas cutting (good if, not necessarily, depending on the Client)
• Knowledge of tack welding,
• Reading technical drawings is a must have!
🏭 Place of work: Elbląg.
💶 Basic salary: PLN 39-40 net per hour
⏱ Working Hours: 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week + weekend overtimes

Why your PESEL doesn’t mean you’re working legally

Many foreigners think:
“I have a PESEL number, so everything is fine.”
But this is one of the most common misunderstandings.
PESEL is just an identification number.
It helps you use services in Poland like healthcare, banking, or administration.
But it does not give you the right to work.
What actually allows you to work legally

To work legally in Poland, you need:
• a valid work permit or legal basis (visa, residence card, etc.)
• a signed employment contract
• your employer reporting you correctly (for example, to ZUS)
Why this confusion is dangerous
Some people start working with only a PESEL, thinking it’s enough.

But in reality:
• they may not be officially employed
• they may not have insurance
• their work may not count for future documents
• it can create problems with legal stay

What to remember
PESEL helps you live in Poland.
It does not give you permission to work.
Legal work is always based on documents, contracts, and official registration.
