• During the first 3 days – hourly rate: 25 PLN/hour
• After that – piece-rate payment:

* Check-out room (guest leaving): 14.70 PLN
* Apartment (larger room): 17.30 PLN
* Stay-over room (occupied room): 11.20 PLN (if guests continue staying in the room)

📌 Work standard:
• On average, 2 rooms per hour
• Room size: approximately 25 m²

⏰ Schedule:
• Flexible schedule
• 5–6 working days per week
• 1 day off per week
• Working hours: 08:00–15:00/16:00

🏠 Accommodation:
• Provided by the employer
• Cost: 750 PLN deducted from salary
• 2–3 people per room
• The workplace is within walking distance from the accommodation

🛏 Responsibilities:
— Cleaning hotel rooms, hallways, and balconies
— Changing bed linen and towels

💥*The job primarily involves sorting parcels on an automated sorting line. Parcels of various types are packaged in cardboard, paper, and plastic.*

There are several work processes:
- Arranging parcels on the line with the label facing up (it is important that the parcels are placed with the label facing up so the machine can scan the barcodes);

- Scanning parcels (if the scanner fails to read the parcel, the employee manually scans the parcels and places them on the line – parcels weigh an average of 4-6 kg);

- Stacking sorted parcels on pallets or in metal baskets.

💥These are different work processes; the employee does not perform all of them simultaneously. The foreman assigns a specific work station. Furthermore, during the shift, the foreman changes the processes to avoid monotony. The work is straightforward; experience and language skills are not required. The foreman speaks Russian and will teach and demonstrate everything on-site.

💥Clean, enclosed warehouse. Temperature: +16°C to +18°C.

💥Wage:
-25.05 PLN/hour (net) for candidates over 26 years of age with a signed PIT-2 form (up to 150 hours worked)
-31.90 PLN/hour
-23.05 PLN/hour (net) - without signing a PIT-2 form or for hours worked in excess of 150.

💥+ bonus of 600-700 PLN
170 hours per month, earning 5,000 PLN net

📅Schedule:
8 hours per day, 5 days a week, weekends off
Night shift only: from 8:00/8:30 PM to 4:00-6:00/8:00 AM.

💥Breaks:
20-minute guaranteed break per shift;
40-minute breaks per 12 hours of work.

🏘️Accommodation:
We provide accommodation for all employees, in a room for 3, 4, or 5 people (depending on room availability and room size).

The accommodation fee is PLN 800 per month, which is deducted from your salary.

💥In addition:
To begin work, you must obtain a medical certificate – a medical report on your health from an occupational health physician.

💥Official employment, with the signing of an employment contract – "contract of mandate."
