JOB VACANCY: Warehouse Worker – SHEIN (Branded Clothing)
📍 Location:
• Kąty Wrocławskie, ul. Logistyczna 2, Poland
📄 Contract Type:
• Umowa zlecenie (civil contract)
👥 Who We Are Looking For:
• Men and women
• Age: 18–55 (older candidates may be considered if physically fit for intensive work)
• No prior experience required – full training is provided
✅ Main Requirements:
• Willingness to work 10–11 hours per shift (standing work)
• Good physical condition and readiness for active work (a lot of walking)
• Availability to work on weekends (according to schedule)
• Responsibility, punctuality, and discipline
• Polish language is NOT required
🚫 Not allowed:
Piercing, jewelry, earrings, rings, chains (only a wedding ring is permitted)
⏰ Working Schedule:
• 2 shifts:
🌞 06:00 – 16:45
🌙 18:00 – 04:45
⚠ Shifts rotate monthly (1 month day shift / 1 month night shift)
• 5 working days / 2 days off
• Work from Monday to Sunday (days off vary)
• Break: 40 minutes (unpaid)
💰 Salary:
• 31.40 PLN gross/hour
• 25.40 PLN net/hour
🔹 Tax information:
• Up to 30,000 PLN/year – tax free
• Above that – 12% tax
• Rates comply with Polish labor law
📆 Salary payment:
• On the 15th of each month to a bank account
💸 Advance payment:
• 300 PLN after 14 worked days (one-time, transfer takes 2–3 days)
📦 Responsibilities:
Work in a modern logistics warehouse

📱 Working with a scanner
📥 Receiving goods:
• Unloading deliveries
• Checking product compliance
📋 Processing goods:
• Sorting and quality control
• Placing items in the warehouse
📦 Order picking:
• Collecting items according to orders
• Packing and preparing for shipment
📊 Inventory:
• Stock checking
• Maintaining warehouse order
🏠 Accommodation:
• Provided – 600 PLN/month
• No extra compensation for private housing
🍲 Meals:
• Lunch available for 1 PLN
🚍 Transport:
• Free transportation to/from work
👕 Workwear:
• Work shoes provided by employer
• Badges and accessories provided
