We’re looking for a dedicated 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our employees, our clients in the food industry, and US. Working mainly on-site (3–4 days per week) at one or two client locations, you’ll ensure smooth collaboration and support employees both professionally and personally.⁣
From giving new hires a warm welcome on their first day, to helping them navigate challenges with work, housing, or transport—you’ll make sure everything runs seamlessly.⁣
⁣
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬:⁣
- Welcome and onboard new employees⁣
- Provide introductions and guided tours at the client’s location⁣
- Act as a buddy, ensuring new employees feel supported and comfortable⁣
- Assist with paperwork and administrative tasks⁣
- Help solve daily challenges related to work, housing, and transportation⁣
- Monitor attendance and provide administrative support⁣
- Distribute PPE and oversee HACCP coordination⁣
- Track training progress and absence statistics⁣
- Monitor employee wellbeing and satisfaction⁣
- Join operational and planning meetings⁣
- Participate in evaluations and follow-up on sickness or absence⁣

In this role, you’ll have the full backing of the client team, ensuring you never have to go it alone⁣

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
- A strong organizer who leaves nothing to chance⁣
- Social, approachable, and quick to solve problems⁣
Available 24–32 hours per week and comfortable starting your day at 06:00 (we are open to offering this position on a full-time basis as well)⁣
- 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 (𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝)⁣
- Experience in a similar role within a Dutch staffing agency is a strong plus!⁣
