We are often asked why we do not cooperate with a huge number of companies.

The answer is simple: for us, quality is more important than quantity.

More and more often, we hear the same story from candidates: someone goes to work full of hope, and after a few days it turns out there are very few working hours, the conditions are different than promised, or nobody really cares about the worker.

That is exactly why we choose our partners very carefully.

We work only with companies that meet our standards:

Stable working hours
We know how important it is for workers to have enough hours to earn well and plan their lives. We avoid companies where employees arrive and then sit without work.

Respectful management
We choose workplaces where supervisors and managers treat people with respect, communicate normally, and understand that employees are not just numbers.

Clear and honest conditions
We want everything to be transparent from the beginning: salary, accommodation, transport, shifts, responsibilities, and expectations. No unpleasant surprises after arrival.

Safe and organized work environment
We cooperate with companies that are properly organized, where work is legal, structured, and people know what they are supposed to do.

How does salary payment work in Poland?

This is one of the most common questions we receive from candidates, and it is completely understandable. When you move to another country for work, you want to know exactly when, how, and for what you will be paid.

Here are the most important things to know:

1. Salary is usually paid directly to a bank account
In most cases, employees in Poland receive their salary by bank transfer. That is why having a bank account is very important. If needed, coordinators often help workers open one after arrival.

2. The payment date should be clear
Before starting work, every employee should know when the salary will be paid. In legal employment, this date should be clearly communicated. If something is unclear, it is always worth asking before signing the contract.

3. Your salary depends on the number of hours worked
For many jobs in warehouses, production, or logistics, the final monthly salary depends on how many hours you actually worked. This is why two people on the same project may earn different amounts.

4. Bonuses may also be included
On some projects, workers can receive extra bonuses. This depends on the company, attendance, performance, or other project conditions. It is always good to ask what is included in the offer and whether bonuses are possible.

5. Deductions should be explained clearly
Sometimes workers see deductions on their payment and feel stressed because they were not expecting them. These deductions can be related to accommodation, transport, or other agreed costs. This is why it is very important to understand all conditions before starting work.

6. Salary advances may be possible
In some cases, salary advances are available. However, they are usually given in reasonable amounts and according to the situation. It is always best to ask in advance what is possible on a specific project.

7. If something is unclear, ask immediately
If you do not understand your payment, the number of hours, or any deduction, do not stay silent. Ask your coordinator or agency as soon as possible. Good communication helps avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary stress.

Frequently Asked Questions from Candidates

We receive many of the same questions from candidates, so we decided to answer some of them in one place.

Do I need to know Polish?
Not always. On many of our projects, Polish is not required. However, there are also workplaces where basic English or Polish is needed. It depends on the specific project and job duties.

Can couples work together?
Yes, on most of our projects it is possible to work as a couple or in pairs. If you are looking for a job together, just let us know and we will check which offers are suitable for you.

Do you provide transport to work?
Yes, when needed, we provide transport. On some projects, however, the accommodation is located very close to the workplace, so transport simply is not necessary.

Can I live in my own accommodation?
Yes, absolutely. You do not have to stay in our accommodation if you already have your own place or prefer to rent something independently.

How many hours can I realistically work?
In most cases, the minimum is 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. However, most of our workers actually work 10 or 12 hours per day, depending on the project.

Do you offer salary advances?
Yes, salary advances are possible, but within reasonable limits. We once received a request for an advance of 10,000 PLN, and we do not provide advances of that size. Realistically, we can usually offer advances in the range of 100–400 PLN per month, depending on the situation.

Our coordinators always try to stay in regular contact with our employees and to support them in everyday matters. Good communication is very important to us, because it helps us solve problems faster and organize everything properly.

However, sometimes situations happen where, for example, an employee decides to leave the job immediately and informs us about it on the same day.

Of course, we understand that everyone wants to build the best possible life for themselves and sometimes people need to make quick decisions. We respect that. But at the same time, proper information flow is extremely important.

From the employee’s perspective, it may look simple: they leave the job and start a new chapter. But on our side, this creates many things that need to be handled very quickly. We have to inform the company, find a replacement worker, arrange formal matters, contact the landlord if the employee lives in company accommodation, and deal with many other organizational issues.

That is why we kindly ask:
please inform us in advance if something is changing.
If you are thinking about leaving, changing work, moving out, or if any problem appears — just let us know as early as possible.

Good communication helps everyone. It allows us to react properly, support you better, and avoid unnecessary stress on both sides.

This week, we encountered a situation that truly surprised us and, honestly, deeply concerned us.

We invited a worker to join a new job. He had already received his work permit and was able to start working as early as this week. Unfortunately, he decided not to come. The reason was fear of leaving his current workplace.

During our conversation, it turned out that his current employer has not paid him for two months and is also threatening him. This situation shocked us. It is unacceptable, especially when it affects people who came to Poland to work honestly, earn a living, and build a safe future for themselves.

We want to say this clearly: salary is not an act of goodwill from an employer. It is a basic obligation. According to Polish law, an employer must pay wages on time. An employee should never have to beg for their own money, wait for months, or live in fear that they will not be paid for work they have already done.

In our company, timely payment is one of the basic principles of cooperation. Salaries are always paid on the agreed date — depending on the project, this is the 15th, 20th, or 25th day of the month. Every worker knows from the beginning when they will receive their salary and can feel safe. This is how honest and professional employment should look.

We also want to say something very important. If an employer does not pay wages for a long time, it is very often not just a temporary problem. It is a serious warning sign. Staying in such a place and continuing to work without pay usually only leads to more loss, more stress, and more disappointment. That is why it is so important to choose only trusted, legal, and responsible employers who respect people and operate in accordance with Polish law.

For us, a worker is never just a number in a system. Behind every employee there is a real person, a family, responsibilities, plans, and everyday needs. That is why we cooperate only with employers who genuinely care about people, not only about filling positions.

This case moved us deeply because it shows that there are still people who are afraid to leave unfair workplaces, even when they already have a real chance for something better and safer. Fear, unpaid wages, and pressure from an employer are not normal, and they should never be accepted.

That is why we want to say to all workers: do not accept unpaid wages, do not let anyone convince you that this is normal, and do not be afraid to ask for help. A fair employer pays on time, respects people, and does not build relationships through fear.

And to employers, we want to send one simple message: a person who works honestly deserves to be treated honestly. Always.

How does the first day at work usually look? 👇

Starting a new job in a new city can feel stressful — that’s why we try to make the first steps simple and well-organized.

✅ Arrival to the work city
In most cases, once you arrive (usually at the train/bus station), our coordinator picks you up and takes you directly to the accommodation.

✅ Accommodation & settling in
After a long trip, you can rest, unpack, and get comfortable in your new place.

✅ Documents & formalities (if time allows)
If the trip was from a nearby city and you’re not too tired — and the working hours allow it — the coordinator can take you the same day to:
• open a bank account
• get a PESEL number (if you don’t have one yet)

Then you’re safely taken back home.

✅ Next day: introduction to the workplace
The following day usually includes:
• meeting the company
• a short introduction and basic safety rules
• a quick tour around the production/warehouse area

✅ Start of work
Within the next 1–2 days, you begin your job.

We believe this is the best setup — it gives you time to adapt to the new environment, rest after travel, and start work in a calm, organized way.

From one project to a lifetime together

That dinner changed everything.

What started as a quiet friendship slowly turned into love.
A love built on shared experiences, mutual support, and growing together in a foreign country.

Poland stopped being “just a workplace”.
It became home.

In 2024, they got married.

Today, they live together in their own rented apartment, fully independent, building their life step by step. They manage their home on their own, make plans together, and support each other every single day.

They are no longer just workers on a project.
They are a real family.

This year, they are moving on professionally as well — starting work directly with the company, without agency support. At the same time, they are applying for permanent residence, and in the future, they plan to apply for Polish citizenship.

That’s why they are now intensively learning Polish — because they don’t see Poland as a temporary stop anymore, but as a place where they want to stay, grow, and belong.

What was supposed to be “only for a moment” turned into:
