Poland plans to lift the ban on trading on Sundays 🛒🇵🇱
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Exciting news on the horizon! Poland is considering lifting the ban on Sunday trading, and political parties are crafting diverse proposals to make it happen. 🌟
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👥 Party Perspectives:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- "KO" suggests a compromise: working on Sundays in exchange for two days off each month, plus double pay for those valuable Sunday hours.
- "Trzecia Droga" leans towards reducing Sunday trading to just two days per month, aiming to protect the interests of store staff.
- "Lewica" champions a significant wage increase on Sundays, holidays, and non-working days, along with the right to two Sundays off per month.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🛍️ Liberalization on the Horizon: The wind of change is blowing, and the revision of Sunday trading bans is gaining momentum. Now, it's in the hands of these political parties to come together and draft the legislation.

Cracking the Code: How to Secure a Work Permit in Poland 🔐

Navigating Poland's dynamic job market begins with securing a work permit, and the process is as specific as it gets. 🇵🇱✈️

By the Numbers: Did you know that in 2022 alone, Poland issued over 120,000 work permits to foreigners, opening doors to countless opportunities?

Employer Partnerships: The key often lies in your future employer's hands. They initiate the work permit application process by obtaining a statement from the local labor market about the job you're applying for.

Required Documents: The paperwork is streamlined but precise. You'll need your passport, visa application form, a valid job contract, and a completed work permit application.

Mastering the Language: While Polish proficiency isn't typically a requirement, it can give you a significant edge. In fact, in some industries like customer service, fluency in Polish is a must.

The Labor Market Test: Employers also need to prove they couldn't find a suitable Polish or EU candidate for the job. This involves a labor market test, showing the specific steps taken to recruit locally.

Temporary Residence Permit: Most work permits are linked to temporary residence permits. These permits let you live and work in Poland for a specific duration, and in 2022, nearly 130,000 of them were issued to immigrants.

Professional Guidance: Given the complexity, many turn to immigration consultants or legal experts. It's a wise move. In fact, over 80% of successful work permit applicants sought expert advice in their journey.

The Takeaway: Cracking the code for a work permit in Poland demands meticulous preparation, but it's a well-trodden path. Thousands have succeeded before you, and with determination and the right resources, your journey can be equally rewarding. Your adventure in Poland awaits! 🌍🌟

7) After 6 months of work, the employer begins to help you to get a residence permit in Poland, as a rule, this is an expensive service, but some employers contribute to the growth of the employee and the price does not rise much.
