8 years ago, Itentio IT Recruitment was founded.

We had no case studies. No track record. No proof that what we were building would work. Just a belief that tech recruitment could be done properly - with rigour, honesty, and genuine care for both sides of the hire.

8 years later, the market has changed dramatically. The tools have changed. The roles we fill didn't exist when we started. AI has rewritten what "technical" even means.

What hasn't changed: the fundamentals of a great hire still come down to the same things. Understand the brief deeply. Find the people who aren't actively looking. Be honest when the fit isn't right. Don't cut corners, even when it's tempting.
