🌐 Exciting Job Opportunity in Poland! 🛠️ We're hiring Welders to join our team! 🇵🇱

Are you already in Poland? Great! 🌍 Nationality doesn't matter - everyone is welcome!

Requirements:
1️⃣ Currently residing in Poland
2️⃣ Any citizenship accepted
3️⃣ Experience in GMAW welding method (EU qualification certificate is a plus; if you don't have: don't worry, we'll guide you to obtain one after a successful practical test)

Position: Welder

Responsibilities: Welding steel structures

Qualifications:
1️⃣Minimum 2 years of experience in the 135 welding method (MAG - semi-automatic welding in the protection of active gases).
2️⃣Required welder's logbook and current certifications according to ISO 9606-1: · 135 P FW FM2 t10 PF ml · 135 P BW FM2 t15 PC/PF ss nb. (If you still don't have, we will help you to get the certificate here in Poland)
3️⃣ Authorization to operate a crane from ground level (radio control) - if you still don't have, we will help you to get the license here in Poland
4️⃣Valid medical examinations and occupational safety training. (If you still don't have, we will help you to get the document here in Poland)
5️⃣ Additional skills:
- performing welds for NDT testing such as UT, MT,
- reading technical drawings, understanding WPS cards,
- experience in welding large steel structures.

All welders must pass PRODUCTION TESTS with a positive result under the supervision of the NS department welder to verify skills before employment.

Salary range: 32-34 zl/hour (depending on the skill set and welding test result from the candidate).

Position: Welder

Scope of duties: Welding of steel structures using black and/or stainless steel.

Qualifications:
1. Preferred vocational education.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the 135 welding method (MAG - semi-automatic welding with active gas shielding).
3. Required welder's logbook and current certifications according to ISO 9606-1:
· 135 P FW FM2 t10 PF ml
· 135 P BW FM2 t15 PC/PF ss nb.
4. Authorization to operate a crane from ground level (remote control).
5. Valid medical examinations and occupational health and safety training.
6. Additional skills:
· Executing welds for NDT testing such as UT, MT,
· Reading technical drawings, interpreting WPS cards,
· Experience in welding large steel structures.

All welders must pass production tests with a positive result under the supervision of the welding supervisor from the NS department for skill verification before employment.

Job Vacancy: Experienced MAG Welder

Location: Poland (candidates should already be in Poland)

We are currently seeking experienced MAG Welders to join our team in Poland. This opportunity is open to candidates of all nationalities who are currently residing in Poland. If you possess strong welding skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
-Perform MAG (Metal Active Gas) welding tasks according to project specifications and quality standards
-Read and interpret technical drawings and welding instructions
-Prepare workpieces for welding by cleaning, cutting, and fitting
-Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper settings and parameters for different materials
-Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet the required standards
-Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a MAG Welder
- Proficiency in performing MAG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
- Familiarity with different welding materials and their characteristics
-Strong attention to detail and quality
-Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
-Understanding of welding safety procedures and precautions
-Candidates with welding experience who have passed UT (Ultrasonic Testing) are highly welcomed

Salary:
The salary for this position will be discussed during the initial interview with our recruiters and will be based on your skills, qualifications, and relevant experiences.

Welding Test:
Before starting the job, all candidates must pass a welding test at our company. The test will consist of fillet joint and butt joint (without backing) testpieces. Successful completion of the welding test is a requirement for employment.

Our fellows workers from Indonesia are on their way to come back to Poland after their vacation. Before spent the vacations, they obtained temporary residence permit card (TRC) from our company, with validity of 3 years!

Thanks to this card, they were able to spend their vacation with their beloved family and come back to work in Poland after vacation, without worried about legalities or visa applications anymore. This is only possible when you are working legally in Poland, for example with us! 🙂
