Clyde Marine Recruitment in partnership with Western Ferries is looking for Engineers to join its technical team, helping maintain and operate its busy fleet of ferries on the Hunter’s Quay – McInroy’s Point route.

This is an excellent opportunity for marine engineers looking to build their careers ashore while remaining hands-on in the maritime industry.

What’s on offer?
🔹 Basic salary of £41,000, with expected earnings of £53,000 including built-in overtime
🔹 8% employer pension contributions
🔹 6 weeks’ annual holiday
🔹 12 weeks’ paid sick leave
🔹 Two weeks on, one week off
🔹 Home every night

Candidates at STCW EOOW level who have completed their cadetship and are looking for an alternative to deep-sea work. Applicants should hold valid STCW qualifications and minimum EOOW.
Should ideally be based on Cowal peninsula as crew change takes place there.
