Position: Production Worker
Schedule:
- 3 shifts of 8 hours (06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00)
- one break - 15 min
Responsibilities:
- operating machines on the production line,
- primarily individual workplace,
- quality control of produced parts, including their selection and packaging,
- assembly of plastic components,
- computer operation,
- maintaining basic production documentation,
- reporting machine malfunctions,
- keeping the workstation clean and organized
- compliance with health and safety regulations (BHP)
Requirements:
- manual dexterity
- ability to work with procedures and instructions
- basic computer skills
- willingness to work in standing possition
- work discipline
- teamwork skills
Rate:
- approx. 4100-5000 net per month

City: ZGORZELEC

Position: warehouse worker

Work schedule:
- three shifts of 12 hours – (6:00-18:00; 18:00-6:00; 12:00-00:00) or (6:00-18:00; 18:00-6:00; 14:00-02:00)
- breaks – one long 30 minutes break and 15 minutes break every 4 hours
- workdays from Monday to Sunday (all depends on the work schedule and needs of facility)

Responsibilities:
-receiving deliveries of goods to the warehouse - completing/preparing orders/shipping deliveries from the warehouse (depending on assignment to a particular department in the warehouse)
-delivering products to the appropriate locations in the warehouse
-working with scanners which are set in all languages

Positions and departments :
MSG employee must be ready for potential change of positions in the warehouse – list of departments:
-INBOUND – receiving of goods
-PICK-PACK – searching of goods, packing the parcels
-OUTBOUND – preparation for dispatch
-STOCK CONTROL – additional pre-shipment inspection

List of positions :
-SPIDER – assisting and lifting heavy goods
-MAN-UP - employee whose job is to lifting and place pallets with a folk lift
-WAREHOUSE workers

Rates:
- 31,40 pln gross/ hour
- 31,40 pln net/hour for students (only with student status certificate)
- discretionary bonus up to 800 pln per month (depends on employee's performance and commitment, and decision of the manager

Additions:
- free transportation to work
- accomodation fee - 800 pln/month, rooms for 3-4-5-6 people, couples live seperately
- employee advance payments is possible

- legal employment
- remuneration paid by bank transfer to employee bank account by the 20th of each following month
- our legalization department is responsible for preparing all the documents necessary for an MSG employee to start working legally

IMPORTANT:
- MSG guarantees medical examination is free of charge (in the event that candidate does not work for 3 months, an amount of 250 PLN will be deducted from his/her salary)
