We are hiring a Skilled Workers Recruiter in Bydgoszcz!

Your main responsibilities will include:
🔹 independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
🔹 actively sourcing skilled workers from South and Southeast Asia, including Nepal, India and the Philippines;
🔹 conducting initial interviews and verifying candidates’ experience;
🔹 creating and promoting recruitment advertisements;
🔹 developing new candidate-sourcing channels and building a candidate database;
🔹 cooperating with recruitment partners, coordinators and the administration department.
We are looking for someone with recruitment experience, excellent communication skills and a very good command of Russian, Ukrainian and Polish.
