We are hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for a stable production company located near Gdańsk, Poland. Work in a modern factory with long-term employment opportunities.

Position: Press Brake Operator (CNC Bending Machine)

Main responsibilities:
• Operating CNC press brake and metal bending machines
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Performing precise measurements using calipers
• Maintaining required tolerances and quality standards
• Setting up tools, selecting programs and running production

Requirements:
• Experience working with industrial or metal machines
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Measurement skills (calipers, micrometers)
• Understanding of tolerances
• English level B2 minimum
• Ability to work independently
• Availability for shift work
• Mandatory in-person interview at the company
