Two frogs once jumped into a death pit. No frog who jumped into that pit had ever survived. Other frogs watched them struggle and discouraged them, with no point trying. One of them gave up and died while the other one miraculously escaped the pit.


Reason─That frog was deaf, he never heard a single word; all he could sense was others telling him to struggle harder. Staying positive works. As a great leader you can get more out of your team by being positive rather than negative.

Hiring a Fluid & Cement Engineer
Ideally you have an education in Chemistry or Petrochemicals.

Focus of the role:
1. Review the technical proposals from the consultancies, understand the solutions and improve upon those recommendation in the area of efficiencies & cost of the proposed.
2. Improvement of the processes with consultancies, being selective rather than relying upon the vendor. Propose and maintain KPI’s in monitor performance that would support the business to implement performance upgrades.

This person needs a minimum of 7-8 years of experience, ideally held a lab position, been offshore as a fluid & cement Supervisor with proven knowledge of design and testing.
