AL-NOSA Enterprises is looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Mechanical) with expertise in Deluge Fire Suppression Systems to join our team for a full-time, on-site project in Karachi at K-Electric Project.

📝 Job Description
The Project Engineer will support the design, ex*****on, and commissioning of Deluge Fire Suppression Systems and work closely with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope/budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Submit daily manpower and progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing engineering deliverables including shop drawings, calculations, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team for equipment procurement and delivery schedules.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of deluge fire suppression systems.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design documents and safety standards.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and inspection reports.
• Track project progress and maintain risk and issue logs.
• Report project status to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical queries and implement design changes.
• Ensure documentation meets client and statutory requirements, including NFPA and local fire codes.
• Calculate quantities for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other disciplines based on shop drawings and physical site conditions.
• Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) for completed works across disciplines and coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections.
• Update IPC every 10 days after completion of work and IR approval.
• Submit IPC to the client every 27 days and follow up accordingly.
💡 Desired Skills
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, flow diagrams, and system schematics.
• Familiarity with MS Project, MS Word, AutoCAD, and related project tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
