🚛 TRUCK DISPATCHER (EXPERIENCED ONLY)
✔ Minimum 6 months US dispatch experience
✔ Must deliver results from Day 1
💰 Salary: PKR 70,000 (fixed)
🎯 Target: $1,000/month
💸 Commission: 5–10% above target
📈 OTE: PKR 70K–250K
⏳ Probation: 3 months
⚠️ No training | No freshers
📞 SALES AGENT – EXPERIENCED (COLD CALLING | US)
✔ Min 1 year US cold calling experience
✔ 300+ calls/day
✔ Fluent English | Night shift | Onsite
💰 Salary: PKR 50K–70K
💸 Commission: PKR 5K per sale
🎯 Month 1 target: 2 sales ($150 each)
📚 1-week training – Paid upon successful hiring
⏳ Probation: 3 months
🎓 SALES FRESHER
✔ Fluent English (mandatory)
✔ Onsite | Night shift
📚 1–2 weeks training – Paid upon successful hiring
💰 Salary after training: PKR 30K–40K
🎯 Target: 2 sales/month
💸 Commission: PKR 5K per active sale
