Salary:
Without Pick and Drop: PKR 25,000
With Pick and Drop: PKR 20,000

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Expert App Store Optimization (A*O) + Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Required

Job Description:
✅ Developing App Store Optimization (A*O) strategies to ensure that all relevant apps appear at the top of the search results in all applicable App stores (Google Workspace and Microsoft Store)

Software Quality Assurance Engineer Required (1 Year Experience)

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of taking a lead role in owning the Quality Assurance of products that are developed. The candidate must be a natural fit for working with large-scale enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the testing for all solutions and take ownership of the quality of testing.
• Setting up and implementing robust test strategies.
• Collaborating with product owners and managers to scope sprints and ensure timely builds.
