Reporting To: Manager Finance
Package: 45k to 55k
Experience: 02 years of experience working with ERP applications, Paratech Business Solutions experience will be preferred.
Qualification: BA/ B.Com

*Roles:*
Areas of responsibilities include, managing the administration of ERP by configuring user profiles and roles, managing ERP operations and liaison with service providing team for necessary upgradations and developments of ERP system.

Brief descriptions of key areas are given below:

Defining user roles, entering admin data and monitoring user trails.
Oversee and monitor the complete ERP operations at all work stations and resolve if any issue persist.
Liaise with Service Provider for issues resolution, feature updates, and technical support services.
Provides training to users for their profiles and roles.
Document configuration and support/training materials including any integrations and shared resources.
*Skills:*
Excellent technical problem-solving skills and aptitude to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Must exhibit characteristics of a team player who can work independently as well as within a group setting and can interface across multiple departments and levels of management.

Roles:
To prepare purchase orders on the basis of Indent approved vendors list, and relevant reports.
To take multiple quotations from suppliers and report comparison to Head of Department.
To evaluate the suppliers through visiting the supplier premises and reports it on relevant documents.
To visit supplier premises during order ex*****on or whenever instruct by head of department and report it to Manager Purchase Cum Import.
To communicate supplies to inspection and store in case of any issues.
To prepare cash and vendor payment sheet and report it to Head of Department.
To coordinate with supplier related to material specification, delivery, financial matters.
To provide route to purchase van for material collection.
To coordinate with relevant department in case of late delivery or any dispute.
