This role involves managing our Fiverr gigs, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize compelling gigs on our Fiverr account to attract clients
- Manage client communication promptly and professionally
- Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance gig visibility and rankings
- Maintain regular communication with the team to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and analyze gig performance, making necessary adjustments for optimization
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and exceptional customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in SEO techniques and strategies
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in managing Fiverr or similar freelance platforms is a plus
