“Aim big; as big as people start calling you insane.”

That was the advice shared by our CEO, Aamir Azam, who founded MTS in 2016 with nothing more than an old laptop and a vision.

Today, that vision has grown into one of the Middle East’s largest EdTech platforms, delivering approximately 8 million tutoring sessions worldwide.

Back then, there was no blueprint to follow and no proven path to take.

Because pioneers don’t follow maps.

They create them.

What started as an ambitious idea has become a journey powered by millions of learning moments and the dedication of every MTS team member.

From one old laptop to 8 million tutoring sessions, the vision has grown, but the ambition remains the same: to go further than anyone thought possible.

The most memorable moments at work are those where everyone feels like family.

Haroon Ahmed, our Head of Sales, will remember our Malam Jabba trip for its inclusive environment.

From senior management to junior colleagues and our office support staff, everyone shares the same space, the same laughter, and the same feeling of being valued.

For him, this reflects the true values of MTS and was the most heartwarming part of the trip.

Director of CounsellingX , Junaid Mukhtar found the team bonding and unity there new and surprising.

He met and spoke with people he never had the chance to meet in the office.

He joined us with his family and left with an even bigger one.

Once our CEO thought, “What if we bring the whole MTS team from around the world together?"

Then we realized - getting the only MTS Asia Pacific team together in a single trip was a mission of its own.

10+ families. 100+ team members. 50+ rooms. 5 buses. One destination: PC Malam Jabba.

A brief pause, because when you carry the responsibility of 70,000+ students and families across the globe, you need a stronger push to recharge, reconnect, and come back even stronger.

MTS Family made an adventurous journey to Pearl Continental Hotel Malam Jabba for a 3 day retreat. More than 100 team members came together for this memorable experience.

And somewhere between the mountain views, endless conversations, random laughter, team pictures, hiking trails and bonfire nights, we remembered something beautiful:

The best part of MTS has always been “its people”.

And this retreat gave us a chance to celebrate our people.

For a few days, we traded the usual routine for fresh air, open skies, and the beauty of the mountains around us.
