👉(1) Salary
Salary must be paid monthly by the employer directly to the employee.
👉(2) Advance Responsibility
Subhan Associates is not responsible for any advance payments made directly to the employee.
👉(3) Legal Protection Statement
In Case of Theft or Disappearance of the Worker, the Company Will Assist the Employer in Locating or
Reporting the Incident, but Shall Not Be Held Legally or Criminally Responsible Under Any Section of PPC.”
👉(4) Damage Liability
If an employee make any kind of damage during his/her job, our company will not be responsible
to fulfill it but our company will be responsible to make employee or any family person appear in
front of employer in which the cooperation of employer will be needed.
👉(5) Agreement Duration
This agreement remains valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
👉(6) Holidays
The employee is entitled to 4 holidays per month.
👉(7) Delivery Charges
Avry-time delivery/processing fee of Rs. 2,000 Only DHA And Near Sociatys is applicable.other location dipants distance
👉(8) Misbehavior Clause
Incase of misbehavior or rude attitude by the employer, the company may cancel the agreement.
👉(9) Replacements
Two free replacements are allowed during the 6-month agreement period.
👉(10) Replacement Time
Each replacement may take 1 to 2 weeks to arrange
👉(11) Non-Refundable Charges
Service charges (equal to one month’s salary) are non-refundable.
👉(12) Replacement Charges
For each additional replacement beyond the allowed two, Rs. 2,000 will be charged.
👉(13) Salary Adjustments
Replacement employees may have adjusted salaries depending on availability and market
👉(14) Unsatisfied Employer
Ifunsatisfied, the employer must still pay for all days worked by the employee
👉(15) Out-of-City Charges
Rs.18,000 will be charged for services requested outside city limits.
👉(16) Exit Responsibility
Oncea worker leaves, the employer must ensure no belongings are left behind. The company bears
noresponsibility afterward.
👉(17) Renewal
The agreement can be renewed after 6 months with mutual consent.
👉(18) Leave Payment
Ifleaveisnot granted, the employer must pay salary equal to the missed leave days
👉(19) Working Hours
Standard working hours are 12 to 14 hours per day including breaks (unless agreed otherwise).
👉(20) Medical Responsibility
The employer is responsible for providing first aid and ensuring emergency care. Expenses
willbehandled by mutual understanding.
👉(21) Accommodation & Food
Live-inworkers must be provided with decent accommodation and three meals daily by the employer.
👉(22) Confidentiality
The employee must not disclose any personal or household information of the employer.
👉(23) Dispute Resolution
Alldisputes will first be resolved amicably. If not resolved, Subhan Associates will assist with legal support.
👉(24) Notice Period
Eitherparty may terminate the agreement with 7–15 days’ notice. All dues must be cleared.
👉(25) Drug & Alcohol Policy
Drugoralcohol use during work or on the employer's premises is strictly prohibited and may
result in termination.
👉(26) Security Checks
Employees may be subject to periodic background or identity verification by the company or employer.
