A Leading HR Consultancy Group is inviting applicants in the field as Business Development Officer. To research and build relationships with new clients. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network. Client retention by presenting new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Building relationships with existing clients in an
attempt to increase their current spend.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice Leadership/Principals.• Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs. Plan approaches and pitches & participate in pricing the solution/service.•
Work with concerned departments Human Resources Department (HR Dept) to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion with ability to negotiate appropriately.
Marketing, Human Resources Development and channel management for key accounts.
The ideal candidate should have a proven record of achieving sales goals. THIS IS 90% OUTDOOR JOB, AND REQUIRES TRAVELING. Male (Bike is MUST). The position is on (GOOD PACKAGE) SALARY + COMMISSION + ALLOWANCES. However, candidates with good future performance will be provided FULL TIME job position based on their performance and achievements.

Qualification : Graduates, Bachelors / Masters ( HR Management, Sales & Marketing)
Experience : 2-5 years
Required Skills : Good Selling Skills. Product & Services Knowledge. Active team player. Team management. Excellent communication and Ability to work with the team / independently.
