Recruitment Procedures and Orientation
Through well updated Data Bank we have stored information of more than 50,000 applicants. All we ask of you is, send us your specific requirements with respect to various job profiles. We then search through our Data Bank and send proposals to deserving and penitential candidates. In case, we fall short of deserving applicants, we go through the advertisement in News papers for the same. The above procedures take around 7 days. The candidates are subjected to intensive interviews. There after they are short listed the interview take around 3 days. The selected candidates are then subjected for trade tests, which last 4 days. (If Required)
The candidates need to be checked for medical fitness. For this we require 3 more days. Once their selection is confirmed, their Passports are sent for Visa processing which takes around a week. After that we send Passport for Emigration clearance which takes around 2 days. Finally, the ticketing and travel arrangement take around 15 days. Prior to any sort of employment one has to attend our orientation sessions. Here, we explain job specifications, working hours, pay, overtime, leave, accommodation, food, provisions, travel essentials and other. NOTE:
