Urgently looking for a Receptionist/Front Desk Officer for an MNC Automobile company based in the Karachi Pakistan

Education: Bachelor (Any discipline)

Experience: 3 years’ experience in the relevant field

Job Description:

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to correct destinations within the office.

• Able to handle the PABX system for domestic & international callers.

• Maintain the register of incoming & outgoings mails through courier.

• Ensure the proper in-house distribution of mails received via courier to the concerned staff in the office.

• Manage the meeting room bookings & ensure the housekeeping standard is maintained at Reception and board rooms.

Salary & Benefits: Gross Salary Rs. 50,000/-

Benefits: Health Insurance for self & immediate family, Gratuity & Bonus.

Working timing: 9am to 6 pm (Alternative Saturday working)

Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal
