HTA is seeking motivated Management Trainee Officer(s) to join our dynamic BPO team. Requirements:
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and optimize business processes.
• Maintain and develop effective communication with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Assist in managing customer information and help resolve inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Support various departments, including finance, accounting, payroll and administrative teams, by preparing reports and documentation.
• Apply basic financial and accounting principles to support routine tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, reconcellation and expense tracking.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects and meet organizational goals.
• Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate findings and progress updates to supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Continuously improve communication practices and contribute suggestions for operational improvements.
