We are hiring for the position of Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and drive sales for multiple companies within the IT sector.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to define target market segments and develop effective marketing strategies to reach them.
4. Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, sales collateral, and digital content, to support sales efforts.
5. Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and online advertising, to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
6. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively and within budget.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
8. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
9. Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities, performance, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable results.
6. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
7. Proven track record of building and managing relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
8. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
