ڈی سی کراچی ایسٹ نے واضح طور پر کہا ہے کہ کراچی ایسٹ کی کئی علاقوں میں:

گلستانِ جوہر

گلشنِ اقبال کے کچھ حصے

میں غیر قانونی پورشنز اور اضافی فلورز دھڑلے سے بیچے جا رہے ہیں۔
یعنی:

✔ منظور شدہ نقشوں کے خلاف تعمیرات
✔ SBCA قوانین کی خلاف ورزی
✔ جعلی یا غیر مجاز کمپلیشن سرٹیفکیٹ
✔ پلاٹوں کے اندر غیر قانونی سب ڈویژن/پورشننگ

ڈی سی آفس نے سیدھا واضح حکم دیا ہے:

1) تمام ریئل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس پر مکمل پابندی ہے کہ:

کوئی غیر قانونی پورشن

کوئی غیر قانونی اضافی فلور

کوئی غیر منظور شدہ تعمیر
کو نہ بیچیں، نہ مارکیٹ کریں، نہ اس کا اشتہار دیں۔

2) سب رجسٹرارز کو حکم:

کسی بھی غیر قانونی پورشن یا غیر قانونی فلور کی لیز یا رجسٹریشن ممنوع ہے۔
کسی صورت قبول نہ کی جائے۔

3) خلاف ورزی = سیدھا غیر قانونی عمل + کارروائی

کوئی “چل جائے گا” نہیں۔
جس نے بیچا، خریدا، یا مدد کی — سب کے خلاف ایکشن ہوگا۔

4) عدالتی فیصلوں کے مطابق یہ سب تعمیرات پہلے ہی “غیر قانونی” ڈکلیئر ہو چکی ہیں۔

ریئل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس کے لیے سخت وارننگ:

کسی بھی غیر قانونی پراپرٹی کے ساتھ ڈیل کرنے پر ایجنٹ بھی پکڑا جائے گا۔

“مجھے نہیں پتا تھا” — یہ بہانہ نہیں چلے گا۔

ہر ڈیل سے پہلے ڈاکیومنٹس کی اچھی طرح ویریفیکیشن لازمی ہے۔

اس کا سیدھا مطلب کیا ہے؟

پورشنز والے گھر اکثر غیر قانونی ہوتے ہیں — خاص طور پر پرانے علاقوں میں۔

اگر آپ بحریہ، DHA، ASF والے باقاعدہ زونز کے عادی ہیں تو یہاں صورتحال بالکل مختلف ہے۔

کراچی ایسٹ میں 70% سے زیادہ پورشنز “ریگولرائزڈ” نہیں ہوتے — یہی وجہ ہے کہ اب سخت کارروائی شروع ہوئی ہے۔

اگر آپ ریئل اسٹیٹ میں ہیں تو یہ آپ کا رسک بڑھ گیا ہے:

غلط ڈیل = سیدھا کیس، جرمانہ، یا گرفتاری

کوئی ایجنٹ “ہم تو بیچ دیتے ہیں” والا دور ختم

مارکیٹنگ پوسٹس میں غیر قانونی پورشنز کا ذکر کرنا بھی جرم ہے۔
