Here is a little bit Introduction of FSF.
The First Step Foundation was established by three like-minded friend blessed with resources and spirit of helping other on 1st January, 2015. The primary objective of the foundation is to support and empower people from poor segment of society particularly female by providing them opportunities of skills development to earn decent livelihood and equally contribute in the development process. The journey started with training of only 25 trainees from small villages namely Shujawal, Nayabad and Muhammabad, District of Thatta with the whole hearted support, dedication and commitment of its members has expanded to more than 15 villages with enrollment of 600 trainees by the end of 2017. During the first three years Foundation supported and provided training to more than 1,000 females and majority of them are earning decent livelihood for them and their families. Some of them are engaged in self-employment and working at home producing work for local manufacturers and earning from 10,000/- to 20,000/- per month. In view of increasing demand from the community, it has been planned to expand scope of training and support services to promote better economic opportunities to at least 5000 deserving females and males.
