Our prestigious client needs following trades with very well work experience for their water pipeline project , in Hafer Albaten King Khaled military water plant.

1. Manager
2. Admin and financial officer
3. Technical officer
4. Drafts man ( Auto Cad)

It would be very nice if they have experience in international tenders.

The tasks.

• Review and evaluate the Consortium and Technical Work Groups prepared base design, drawings and documents and offer material recommendations towards RFP bid submission.

• To ensure technical bid alignment with Client expectations.
• Understand and resolve complex technical issues to deliver strategically optimal bid.
• Work to integrate all consortium members efforts, to ensure a united commitment to quality, and bid schedule, for successful RFP delivery.
• Manage all bid deliverables and submittals from consortium members.
• Managing high level base design interfaces between all utility infrastructure to create an integrated multi-utility infrastructure design.
• Supporting Consortium appointed Financial Advisor with all technical bid integrations, to fulfil bid submission requirements.
• Ensuring all utility services are included in the final bid submission price to the customer
• Identifying technical risks as well as relevant cost impact and advising appropriate mitigation plan.
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and technically sound bid submission.

• Develop summary of utilities solution and technical scope report for Lenders credit application, based on the requirements provided by Sponsors Financial Advisor.
