A listed Company is looking for a talented individual to join its Finance team as Lead Financial Reporting in Pakistan. The role is based in Karachi and will report to Manager Finance.

Responsibilities:
· Preparation of Management reporting packs.
· Review of monthly accruals based accounting.
· Prepare statutory accounts as per applicable laws (IFRS and Companies Act, 2017).
· Ensure smooth coordination with statutory auditors as well as internal auditors and resolution of queries.
· Perform month end closing tasks and review of monthly schedules and · General Ledger postings.
· Coordinating with SAP team on resolution of accounting and posting matters.
· Managing stakeholders from various departments and supporting in creating visibility for periodic performance.
· Ensure appropriate data provision for yearend reporting pack to the Group.
· Manage intercompany reconciliations.
· Possess strong grip on IFRS.
· Supporting manager in performing monthly variance analysis.


Requirements:
· ACCA Qualified / ACCA Part Qualified with maximum 1-2 papers remaining / CA (Finalist)
· 1 Year of relevant experience (Candidates with Big 4 firm experience will be preferred)
· Proficient in Excel
· Analytical skills
· Problem solving with can do attitude.
· Prior experience with ERP (SAP will be preferred)
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Outstanding communication and people skill
