1. Call Centre Supervisor / Feedback System Manager
Duty Location: Peshawar

No. of Positions: 01

Qualification: Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in client feedback mechanisms, call centre setup and operations, or social research.

Language: Fluency in Pashto and English is required. Preferred.

2. Data Specialist / Dashboard Developer
Duty Location: Peshawar

No. of Positions: 01

Qualification: Degree in Statistics, Data Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in database development, online data collection platforms, dashboard design and visualization, and quantitative/qualitative analysis.

Preference: Knowledge of the local context will be preferred.

3. Phone Agents
Duty Location: Peshawar

No. of Positions: 08

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Language: Fluency in Pashto with basic English communication skills.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in telephone-based data collection, customer service, or social research interviewing.

4. Enumerators
Duty Location: 2 per district / Mardan, Malakand, Kohat, and Chitral

No. of Positions: 08

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or any Health-related field.

Experience: 2 years of experience in health-related surveys.

Additional Requirements: Candidates must have excellent communication skills and command of Urdu and Pashto, with the ability to conduct interviews and use digital data collection platforms on Android tablets.
