You will be managing a team of skilled individuals responsible for end-to-end delivery of products from ideation to post launch analysis phase. This entails business requirements analysis, project & change management, quality assurance, commercial launch of products along with financial & customer experience lookbacks.
You should have experience in requirement analysis and management for multiple business streams, conduct functional analysis of product requirements, engage technology teams for technical solution analysis, present to management for budget approvals at the appropriate forum, create project cross functional team and have the product delivered after ensuring quality of the developed product.
Proven project management track record with large scale enterprise projects delivery in both conventional and Agile environment
Experience in managing Agile teams, experience of agile and digital transformation from conventional way of work is desired
Work with customer facing departments to regularly ensure suitable product roadmap in coalition with the Product Managers
Creation and management of customer interaction channels for getting product feedback directly
Applying design thinking to ensure the right problem of the customer is solved being proactively engaging with the customer or the end user throughout the product development life cycle. Learn about customer’s dislikes and likes, and identify key styles by leveraging on local retailer’s/distributer’s knowledge.
Holding RFPs, RFQs and vendor evaluation exercise in collaboration with the Product Manager/Segments and Technology teams.
Expertise in change management planning, contingency planning and risk analysis. Ensuring timely communication of product updates within the organization through conventional and digital channels.
Holding product roadshows across organization to ensure product related awareness. This encourages other Product Managers in different divisions of the organization for use of existing technological and commercial capabilities if relevant to their segment.
Maintenance of various product backlogs, holding prioritization for business requirements based on strategic parameters and updating backlog accordingly.
Creating an environment of innovation and trust within the team to explore new avenues and adopt to global best practices.
Education: Masters in Business Administration/Product Development/Product Management/Project Management
