We are looking for import/export coordinator to join our team in Karachi. Ideal candidate will be having strong customer service skills and attention to detail, will be responsible for resolving issues regarding import/export transportation, interact with customs air, ocean & domestic carriers, coordinate with shipping lines, follow up of shipments, business follow up etc.

Job Responsibilities
· Analyse customer needs, assess and resolve issues relating to import/export transportation, customer problems and logistics systems.
· Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports.
· Assure that interaction regarding customs, air carriers, ocean carriers and domestic carriers.
· Provide comprehensive logistical support for both inbound and outbound shipments
· Overseeing and verifying safety procedures and overseeing quality assurance.
· Maintain filing and update all details in Weboc and CSUL softwares.
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status in a timely manner.
· Keep coordination with customers and provide various solutions to resolve the issues.
· Maintain excellent communication with customers regarding shipments.

Job Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
· Prior working experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry
· Good knowledge and understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics
· Good understanding import/export shipping terms
· Should have working experience of Weboc & CSUL systems
· Excellent communications, negotiation and customer service skills.
· Work independently or team work with high pressure
